Barry House is available for your exclusive use over weekends.
Members of your party are welcome to arrive any time after 2 pm on the Friday.
Check-out is any time before 6 pm on the Sunday.
Barry House can accommodate a maximum of 12 to 14 people in 6 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite.
The remaining bedrooms share:
- 1 Bathroom with a huge bath and overhead shower, toilet and hand basin
- 1 Bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand basin
- 1 Separate toilet and hand basin

Please note that the above rates and specials are not applicable over Easter, Christmas, New Year and Robertson festival weekends. Summer Special valid till 10 April 2012.
STANDARD SELF-CATERING WEEKEND:
- R1400 per couple sharing an en-suite for the weekend
- R1200 per couple sharing a bathroom for the weekend
- R600 per single sharing a bathroom for the weekend
- R300 per single child under 16 sharing a bathroom for the weekend
- Free for children under 2 (A camper cot, blankets, nappy changer and farm pram are available. Please bring own camper cot linen.)
The minimum reservation fee is R1400 over weekends.
Barry House may be left as is on the Sunday.
Housekeeping will whip it back into shape on the Monday.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST, A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL:
- R100 per day for housekeeping of the rooms and common areas
- R 60 per person per day for a full breakfast
- R 40 per person per day to have the kitchen stocked with full breakfast supplies before your arrival
RESERVATIONS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Banking details will be provided on request.
We do not have credit card facilities and the balance of payment will be due 3 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 20% admin fee charged to refund deposit.
No refund applicable should you cancel within 5 days of arrival.

MIDWEEK CORPORATE OR INDIVIDUAL BED & BREAKFAST
- The 2 en-suite bedrooms are available to individual corporate clients at R360 per person per night, including full breakfast and house keeping.
- A VAT invoice will be provided.
SPECIAL MIDWEEK HOLIDAY / WINE TASTING STOPOVER FOR LARGE GROUPS

- R1500 per night s/c for the exclusive use of Barry House including housekeeping
- R3500 for 3 nights self-catering including daily housekeeping
